Guess we've been busy!

Seems its been a while since I updated this, and we've been busy ever since! Time goes too fast! Waylon's been winding down the year at school with field trips and swimming and concerts etc. We've been trying to get the house sorta back together after ripping walls out, which Im so proud to say is happening!! I spent 3 days this week finishing the drywall mud, and painting the roof and walls. Ash was the resident Mr MOM! And didnt really enjoy it! But Im thankful all the same that he kept the kids out of the house long enuf for me to cross those jobs off my list! I only spilt one dish of paint on the carpet (ooops!) Good thing we're ripping it out anyway! And I DO NOT recommend anyone try to paint/change the stipple on the ceilings! WHAT A MESSY, PAINFUL JOB! I HATE ceilings! I now am going to patiently wait for mom & dad to come stipple it for me and then we can proceed with the floors. Still tossing around exactly HOW we are going to do this but.... my 1st choice was to varnish plywood to look like hardwood, but after this week have decided that its too labor intensive and smelly for my "condition"! (Im not dying, by the way! Just pregnant!) So it will most likely be laminate cause its relatively cheap and a LOT less work! I have no pictures of my new paint yet b/c I keep forgetting to take a picture in the daylight and the night pics I took look dumb! So now I will inform y'all as to out life in the picture I HAVE taken=)

We went to the circus last week!

and I am still in COMPLETE AWE of just HOW MUCH they can RIP YOU OFF!

But the nice mom that I am, stood in line with Zane so he could ride the elephant for $7/2min!! Good thing I had a short skirt on or Im sure I could've spent ANOTHER $17 for Trey and I to ride too!!

Sharing our $5 box of popcorn, after two $4 snow cones and a $5 bag of cotton candy! And they wonder WHY I couldnt buy them each a balloon for $3 and and light up "thingy" for however much! SHEESH! Good thing they forgot about those things the minute we left the building!

Ahem, YES thes would be MY children! The HOTTEST Day its been, it was nearly +30C, Trey and I were cutting the grass and look up to see this pair SNEAKING around the trees! Coveralls, boots, backpacks and snacks and water! And GUNS!

Waylon at soccer, playing goal for a few minutes. He's the superstar player and thinks he gets likes 5 goals every game! Im sure some are his imagination but its true that he is a favorite cause he can outrun every kid in the league! And he LOVES to showoff! Now he just needs to learn the "language" of soccer. Im not even sure what it is myself, but Im sure they dont say things like "I GOT A HAT-TRICK" loud enough for the neighboring 3 blocks to hear=)
